Do I need real estate experience to apply?
No. Many of our best agents came from hospitality, retail or other sales roles. Sales experience, fluent English and a professional attitude are what we look for. We provide full training on the Pattaya property market, our listings and our systems.
Can foreigners work as real estate agents in Pattaya?
Yes, provided you are legally resident in Thailand. We hire both Thai and international agents and arrange a work permit where applicable. Thailand has no real estate licence requirement.
How much do real estate agents earn in Pattaya?

What languages do I need to speak?
Fluent English is essential because most of our buyers and tenants are international. Thai, Chinese, Russian, German or French are a strong advantage.

We are based in Jomtien, Chonburi. Roles are full-time and office-based, with property viewings across Pattaya, Jomtien, Pratumnak, Naklua and the Eastern Seaboard.
