East Coast Real Estate Wins The Best Agent in Pattaya 2026

East Coast Real Estate has been named The Best Agent in Pattaya at the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards 2026. The award was presented on 8 October 2026 at the Park Hyatt Bangkok, and several of our team were there to collect it.

What the award is

The Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards are organised by Dot Property, the property portal group that has run property awards across Southeast Asia since 2016. The agent awards were first held in 2025 and recognise real estate agencies around Thailand.

Who it belongs to

We have been renting, selling and managing property from our Jomtien office since 1995. An award like this is earned by the people who do that work every day: the agents who answer the late message, show the tenth condo and stay with a deal until the keys are handed over.

It also belongs to our clients. Thank you to every tenant, buyer and owner who has trusted us with a home or an investment, and to everyone who has taken the time to leave us a review.

What it changes

For you, nothing. You get the same team, the same office in Jomtien Complex and the same plain advice. We are proud of the award, and we know it only counts if the next person who walks in is looked after just as well.
