Our story

East Coast Real Estate has been renting, managing and letting property in Jomtien since 1995. Long before Jomtien became one of Pattaya's most established expat neighbourhoods, our team was already showing condos, negotiating leases and looking after landlords along its beach road and side sois.

We're based out of our Jomtien office, which means we're on the ground, close to the buildings we work with and available to tenants and landlords without the delay of dealing with an agency based elsewhere in Pattaya.

What we do

Our team focuses on two things: helping tenants find condos and houses to rent in Jomtien, and managing rental properties on behalf of landlords, many of whom live overseas. Our bilingual Thai and expatriate staff work with local building juristic offices, contractors and long-standing landlords, so we can move quickly when a good unit becomes available or when a tenant needs something fixed.
