Searching by Building Name in Jomtien and Pattaya: How to Find Rentals in the Condo You Already Have in Mind

There are two ways people look for a rental in Jomtien. Some describe what they want — one bedroom, walkable to Beach Road, under a certain budget. Others already know the building. They type the name straight in: Jomtien Complex, View Talay 2, View Talay 7, Cetus, Unixx, Hyde Park Residence 2, Royal Hill Resort. Every one of those was searched on this site in the last 30 days, and every one of those searches returned results.

What's live right now, in numbers

Across the whole portfolio there are 2,585 live listings, of which 1,075 are for rent and 1,465 for sale (a listing can be both). Condos are the bulk of it — 1,693 condo listings, against 803 houses, 62 land plots, 24 commercial and just 3 townhouses. That last figure matters: townhouse renters have a genuinely narrow field here, so if that's your format, flexibility on building name pays off more than it does for condo renters.

By bedroom count, the market is weighted to smaller units: 736 one-bedroom and 385 studio listings, then 503 two-bedroom and 454 three-bedroom. Larger homes thin out fast — 232 four-bedroom, 83 five-bedroom, 27 six-bedroom.

By area, in our core territory and the wider Pattaya market:

Na Jomtien — 229 live listings, median rent 36,500 THB, median sale 7,800,000 THB. Quieter, newer, priced accordingly.

Central Pattaya — 278 live listings, median rent 20,000 THB.

Why building-name searching works — and where it stops

A building name tells us more in two words than a filter form does in ten fields. It tells us the location, the era of construction, the management style, the typical layout and the rough rent band. When someone searches "Jomtien Complex" they usually already know what they're getting and want to know one thing: is there anything in it right now.

The traffic backs that up. Our projects section drew 1,170 sessions in the last 30 days, and two individual building listings — View Talay 5 and Jomtien Complex — pulled 63 and 58 sessions on their own. People are arriving at named buildings deliberately.

The honest limit: a building name is not an availability guarantee. Stock in a single tower turns over unit by unit, and what is live today may be let by next week. We will not tell you a unit is free for dates that aren't backed by its recorded availability. So treat a building page as a starting point and confirm the specific unit with us.

That last entry is the point worth repeating: a building appearing on the site does not automatically mean a rental unit inside it is available. It means we work in that building and can tell you what's real.
